This idea came to us when we learnt about Scripting from "The Greatness Journey" (definitely check them out!). Scripting is a powerful "neurolinguistical programming" tool that, through repetition, helps us change the way we perceive ourselves and even how we act! Let's say that you struggle with procrastination and would like to become more disciplined. Most likely, in your subconscious, you have believed the lie that "you are a procrastinator and discipline isn't possible", but your identity is not dependant on how "efficient" you are, and you are capable of so much more! However, over the years, that lie has been established in your subconscious via repetition. So, what do you do? You repeat the truth to yourself: That you are a beloved daughter (or son) of God, and you also repeat to yourself the attitude or behaviour that you want to get better at. Super easy, right?
